FIRST DAY

  • 14:00 Arrival at holiday home and pick up keys
  • 16.00 Taxi service to visit Montecatini Terme;
  • A walk around the Thermal Park;
  • Visit the external of the lovely Spa buildings;
  • Dinner taken in a typical restaurant based upon the Fiorentina steak and typical Tuscan produce.
  • Overnight in a typical Tuscan apartment.


SECOND DAY


Breakfast in the central square of Pescia.

Ore 10.00 Culinary School
Our chef will explain the secrets of the Tuscan kitchen, spices to use, times to cook for a perfect Bistecca alla Fiorentina or the celebrated "Tagliata".
Also the object of the course will be how to make home-made pasta, which has made Italy famous around the world.

THIRD DAY

  • In the morning: Taxi service to arrive at Collodi and visit the ancient village and the "Fairy road"
  • Lunch in a restaurant in Collodi, inside Pinocchio Park
  • In the afternoon: visit the Historic Garzoni Gardens and Collodi Butterfly House with its marvellous tropical butterflies which fly around undisturbed in their natural habitat.


FOURTH DAY

  • In the morning transfer by train for the centre of Lucca (18 minutes)
  • Rent a mountain bike and cycle around the wall of Lucca and in the town centre visit the Anfiteatro Romano, Piazza delle Catene and Fillungo, the road for shopping
  • Return to Pescia, buy typical produce at the grocers
  • Dinner in a pizzeria and overnight stay in apartment


FIFTH DAY

  • Transfer to the station and train to Pisa (49 minutes)
  • Visit Piazza dei Miracoli, Leaning Tower,
  • Visit Piazza dei Cavalieri, Università Normale and Torre del Mangia.
  • Return in the evening and transfer from station to the apartment.
  • Dinner in a restaurant
  • Overnight stay

SIXTH DAY

  • Transfer to station and train to Florence (49 minutes)
  • Visit Piazza del Duomo and Campanile di Giotto
  • Piazza Signoria and Uffizi Museum
  • Ponte Vecchio

Breakfast in the square of Pescia and departure for your next destination.
